This years concert in Victoria
Hall, Campbeltown will headline
with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers.
Stuart Cassells who leads the
band has previously appeared at
the 2005 & 2006 Festivals
playing with his band Cassells
and as compere the Friday and
Saturday night events.
The band are already well known

About the
festival
In
the early nineties the session scene in Campbeltown was
varied with meticulous technical talent sitting alongside
emerging and experimental musicians. It was from this
scene that a committee was formed in the summer of 1992.
A mixture of musicians, publicans and music enthusiasts
took this a stage further to create a music festival which
has grown and matured into one of the best Festivals in
Scotland. |
